Nope, the prices stay the same. We just bill smarter now, based on the work needed. So no more flat rate, but a fair price for a really clean property.
On March 1, 2025, TIDYY officially takes over! But don't panic: in January and February, we'll keep everything running like HUSWELL. Cleaning, linen, guest kits - everything stays on track.
The only difference? The bill comes from TIDYY.

- Accept the terms and conditions.
Simple! We handle everything behind the scenes: booking schedules, property info, access codes and even those key boxes. What do you need to do?
1. You leave your contact information on this landing page.
2. You'll receive all the info in January with practical steps regarding the transition (including the partnership terms).
3. You agree by 28/2/2025.
And voila, you're ready for a life without cleaning worries.
IMPORTANT - in January and February 2025, you'll have plenty of time to ask questions. In the meantime, we will continue to monitor all your reservations with HUSWELL's well-known cleaning and guest amenities.
No stress, everything is automatically transferred from HUSWELL to TIDYY. Think of keysafe codes, reservations, and cleaning slots.
Everything remains neatly visible in the HUSWELL app. So you don't have to do anything at all - except sit back and enjoy the smoothest transition ever.
Simple and crystal clear:
- Your income from reservations?
You'll still get those through HUSWELL. - Your cleaning and operational costs?
Those will come via a separate invoice from TIDYY. But you have to pay that every month.
So you keep a perfect overview of what comes in and what goes out.
No fuss, no surprises. Just a tight overview.
Per reservation there is always a fixed and a variable cost.
No more fixed time - but real cleaning. We charge based on the time it takes to get your property spic and span.
- House left tidy? Lower costs.
- Building a battlefield? We clean thoroughly, and you can recover any extra costs from the guest (thanks to our handy inspection report).
And that's not all! Our services always cover:
- Post-check-out inspection (to see if guests behaved nicely).
- Guest amenities: fresh linen, shower gel, coffee... Everything that makes a perfect guest experience.
These fixed costs are calculated based on your property: number of beds, bathrooms, kitchens, and so on. All transparent, as it should be.
